Barry has joined the RFMS Australasia team with a very strong background in customer service, including 10 years with JAE Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration providing support to franchisees and managing national relationships. His role with RFMS Australasia is to ensure that our Measure users get the support and training they need to get the most out of Measure.

In addition to his experience growing up in the flooring business, Madoc was on the Measure team for four years before taking a break and returning to the tools for a couple of years. He is back now on the Measure team and can talk from experience, having used Measure in the real world.

Mike comes with a strong background in customer service from corporate sales to trade services, with 8 years flooring experience in carpet and vinyl, including timber and hybrid overlay. With having completed a National Certificate in flooring with strands of quantifying and product knowledge, Mike can relate with our customers who use our software.
Mike is looking forward to using his experience and knowledge to assist our Measure clients.
